On October 2nd, 2001, eve of Succoth, two terrorists entered the village of Elley-Sinai and murdered Liron Harpaz and her boyfriend who was holding her in his arms, Assaf Yitzhaki. May God bless their souls. Liron met Assaf at a friend’s party a few weeks before the tragedy and this was, for both of them, their fist love. Liron’s life was cut short by terrorists that aim to kill as many of us as they can. We act in order to overcome the cycle of terror and not to allow the killers to succeed. The murderers killed Liron, but not her spirit.
